Meet Our Pastor
PASTOR CASSANDRA CARLTON, FOUNDER OF SWAT MINISTRIES INC
Cassandra has been a life-long resident of Fort Meade, FL for 55 years. She is the Oldest of three girls born to Ella Mae McMillan and the late Lorenzo Bernard McMillan. She is married to James Carlton for 27 years, mother of three children Derek, Marketta, Ellis; grandmother of six Derek Jr., Jonathan, Jeremiah, Jasmyne, Jacob, Casen and sister of two Tamara and Sheila.
Her training early in life as Teacher for the adult and children’s Sunday School Ministry, Senior Women Ministry and Youth Ministry at Beulah Missionary Baptist Church under the Pastoral Leadership of Rev. George Williams has afforded her opportunities beyond recognition to surpass in Excellency in her Personal, Professional and most assuredly in her Spiritual Life.
She heard the voice of the Lord that proclaimed Preach the word! Be ready in season out of season reproved, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and teaching. Although, the vision was yet for an appointed time, but at the end it spoke, and it did not lie. Though it tarried, she waited for it. When her time had come, she moved under the leadership and unction of the Holy Spirit, NOW being the Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, and Teacher of SWAT Ministries, Inc. since July 2009. She was ordained by God. She has her AAA Degree because she has been Anointed, Appointed, and Approved by God that the Excellency of the power may be of Him and not of men.
Her favorite Scripture: Romans 8:28 - For we know that all things work together for the good; to them that Love the Lord and that has been called according to his purpose.
